Registration is open until May 31, 2026. Onsite registration will not be possible. Registration fees are charged in US Dollars for all participants. There is a special rate offered for Canadians attending in person which is calculated during registration.

Payments
Please note your registration is not complete until payment is received via credit card.
Cancellation Policy
Registration fees will be refunded only when a written request is sent to meetings@baptistworld.org before May 31, 2026. An administration fee of US$50 will apply to all cancellations. We regret that cancellations made after May 31, 2026, will result in loss of the entire registration fee and accommodation charge.
A full refund will be provided due to a visa denial only if the visa was applied for before April 16, 2026, and notice is given of the denial by May 31, 2026. Proof of the date of visa application and the denial notice will need to be provided with the refund request.
No refunds are possible if requested after May 31, 2026, even in the case of a visa denial, as a non-refundable, full payment will be made by the BWA for the event at that time.
