Registration
Registration is open until May 31, 2026, but we recommend that you register quickly as the availability of some accommodation types are very limited. Also, anyone needing a visa should register by March 31, 2026, at the latest, to enable you to gather the documentation needed in order to apply for your visa on a timely basis. We will not be able to provide a refund due to a visa denial if the visa was applied for after April 15, 2026.
Registration fees are charged in US Dollars for all participants. There is a special rate offered for Canadians attending in-person, which is calculated during registration. Participants who elect to stay onsite at Tyndale will register for the event and book their accommodation at the same time.

Please Note: Accommodation is NOT INCLUDED in the registration fee. Tyndale accommodation will be booked during the registration process. See Section 7 – Accommodation for more information.
How to Register
Please register for the event and book any Tyndale accommodation, evening meals, or the optional outing to Niagara Falls online via the link: https://BWA.regfox.com/2026-annual-gathering.
Registration to attend in person WILL CLOSE ON MAY 31, 2026. Onsite registration will not be possible.
Registration to attend virtually WILL CLOSE ON JUNE 15, 2026.
Payments
Please note your registration is not complete until payment is received. Therefore, wherever possible, please pay by credit card as you register. If payment needs to be sent by wire or check, it must be received by the BWA by May 15, 2026. If not received by this date, we will need to assume you are not attending and will cancel your registration.
Cancellation Policy
Registration fees (which will increase after April 15, 2026), along with any accommodation costs paid, will be refunded only when a written request is sent to meetings@baptistworld.org before May 31, 2026. An administration fee of US$50 will apply to all cancellations. We regret that cancellations made after May 31, 2026, will result in loss of the entire registration fee and accommodation charge.
A full refund will be provided due to a visa denial only if the visa was applied for before April 16, 2026, and notice is given of the denial by May 31, 2026. Proof of the date of visa application and the denial notice will need to be provided with the refund request.
No refunds are possible if requested after May 31, 2026, even in the case of a visa denial, as a non-refundable, full payment will be made by the BWA for the event at that time.
