From this page, you will find further links explaining the relevant application process. Electronic Travel Authorities (eTA) are quick and easy to apply for and tend to be granted within 24-48 hours. Visas require a longer timeframe and may involve biometrics needing to be submitted and/or an in-person interview.

Formal invitation letters for those needing visas will be issued only once registration has been paid in full (exceptions may be made in special circumstances). When you register for the event, you will be able to request this letter and supply the information needing to be included. The BWA, in coordination with CBM, will issue invitation letters that will include confirmation of registration and accommodation (if booked at Tyndale) after you have completed the registration process. We aim to have them sent to you within 2 weeks of completing registration. Thank you for your patience.
