The members of this. Committee record their gratitude to God for the life and service of Professor Abraham Lincoln McCrimmon, LL.D., who passed away on April 16th, 1935, at the age of seventy years. A distinguished graduate of the University of Toronto, Dr. McCrimmon served as classical teacher and principal of Woodstock College (1892-1904), and afterwards until his death, as lecturer, professor, and for eleven most difficult years (1911-1922) as Chancellor, of McMaster University. His outstanding gifts and gracious personality won general confidence, and at the call of his brethren he filled numerous offices including the vice-presidency and presidency of the Baptist Union of North America, and the presidency of the Baptist Convention of Ontario and Quebec. As a member ol this Executive Committee his services to the Alliance were of great value, and his address at the Berlin Congress of 1934 left a deep impression on all who attended that historic assembly.
