Praises
- We praise God for the opportunity to share the Gospel and for newly planted churches. We also give God praise for the ministry among Sudanese refugees and for new converts.
- We praise God for enabling us to start an evangelistic outreach and church planting ministry in Toposaland. We praise God for his protection as we serve and minister in hostile and insecure places, especially in the countryside.
- Join us in thanking God for the fruitful church planting efforts of Baptists in South Sudan, which have resulted in significant spiritual growth even in the midst of societal unrest. We also give thanks for the Baptist leaders in South Sudan who continue to lead and serve faithfully in challenging circumstances.
Prayer Requests
- We need resources to train pastors and to establish a Bible College. Please pray for God’s provision for this need and for emergency relief assistance for those affected by insecurity and conflict.
- Join us in praying for peace in South Sudan and the end of the ongoing war in Sudan. We are praying for resources to feed people from communities displaced by conflict. Join us also in prayer for resources for the theological training of our pastors/leaders and to help us purchase a vehicle for our ministry.
- We pray for those impacted by flooding and ongoing conflict. May God continue to use the farming project grant provided by BWAid in partnership with Texas Baptist Men to support food security for internally displaced persons.
