BWA General Council Resolution 1988.8

We express appreciation to the Bahamas National Baptist Missionary and Education Convention for:

Hospitality extended to the Baptist World Alliance during the meeting of the General Council, its committees and commissions, July 1988, and for

The warm Christian spirit exhibited to all Council members and others, the welcome in the churches and every provision made for our care while in the Bahamas.

We offer congratulations and best wishes to Bahamian Baptists and the Bahamas on the 15th anniversary of independence as a nation, and we express appreciation for being included in the service of worship and celebration.

We also express appreciation to all who helped make the visit of the BWA General Council to the Bahamas so pleasant and productive.
