NxtGen Experience
2026 NxtGen Experience
Your seat at the table is waiting. Following the success of the NxtGen Summit held in Brisbane in July 2025, this year’s Annual Gathering in Toronto, Canada, will include a program specially designed for 18-35 year olds. The NxtGen Experience will be a gathering for emerging leaders across the Baptist family.
This is not just a conference. It’s an immersive experience designed to equip, connect, and send the next generation of Baptist leaders to be prophetic voices in the global movement God is building.
Here’s what is waiting for you:
A dedicated NxtGen Summit day (Sunday, July 5, 2-9 pm) that will include:
- Leadership training that prepares you for global leadership
- Worship and spiritual formation that goes deeper than a Sunday morning
- Theo-Futures imagination
- Developing cross-cultural friendships that will change how you see God’s work in the world
- A seat at the table for the rest of the week, embedded in the BWA Annual Gathering alongside leaders from 138 countries (July 6–10) at Plenary Sessions and Breakouts. You prophetic voice is needed.
- Mid-week and closing sessions designed specifically for NxtGen participants to reflect, share, and plan what’s next
We believe God is doing something remarkable among the next generation of Baptist leaders. This gathering is your chance to be part of it.
