class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.\u5728\u5723\u7075\u7684\u529b\u91cf\u4e0b\uff0c\u91cd\u7533\u6211\u4eec\u5bf9\u4e3b\u8036\u7a23\u57fa\u7763\u3001\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u4e0a\u5e1d\u548c\u6551\u4e16\u4e3b\u3001\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u5411\u5bfc\u548c\u670b\u53cb\u7684\u627f\u8bfa\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u786e\u8ba4\u6211\u4eec\u4f5c\u4e3a\u4e00\u4e2a\u4fe1\u4ef0\u5171\u540c\u4f53\u5171\u540c\u751f\u6d3b\uff0c\u671f\u5f85\u7740\u57fa\u7763\u7684\u518d\u6765\u548c\u4e0a\u5e1d\u7684\u65b0\u5929\u65b0\u5730\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u4e09\u4f4d\u4e00\u4f53\u7684\u795e<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.\u76f8\u4fe1\u552f\u4e00\u7684\u6c38\u751f\u795e\uff0c\u4ed6\u4ee5\u5723\u7236\u3001\u5723\u5b50\u548c\u5723\u7075\u7684\u8eab\u4efd\u5411\u6211\u4eec\u542f\u793a\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.\u6b22\u547c\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u4e3b\u548c\u6551\u4e16\u4e3b\u8036\u7a23\u57fa\u7763\uff0c\u5728\u5723\u7ecf\u4e2d\u88ab\u63ed\u793a\u4e3a\u5b8c\u5168\u7684\u795e\u548c\u5b8c\u5168\u7684\u4eba\uff0c\u4ed6\u7684\u751f\u547d\u4e3a\u6211\u4eec\u6307\u660e\u4e86\u771f\u6b63\u7684\u95e8\u5f92\u4e4b\u9053\uff0c\u4ed6\u4e3a\u6211\u4eec\u88ab\u9489\u5728\u5341\u5b57\u67b6\u4e0a\uff0c\u5e76\u5728\u7b2c\u4e09\u5929\u4ece\u6b7b\u91cc\u590d\u6d3b\uff0c\u62ef\u6551\u6211\u4eec\u8131\u79bb\u7f6a\u5b7d\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u7ecf\u6587<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.4. \u5ba3\u544a\u53d7\u795e\u542f\u793a\u7684\u300a\u65e7\u7ea6\u300b\u548c\u300a\u65b0\u7ea6\u300b\u7ecf\u6587\u4f5c\u4e3a\u795e\u7684\u4e66\u9762\u8bdd\u8bed\u5177\u6709\u81f3\u9ad8\u65e0\u4e0a\u7684\u6743\u5a01\uff0c\u5728\u4fe1\u4ef0\u548c\u884c\u4e3a\u4e0a\u5b8c\u5168\u503c\u5f97\u4fe1\u8d56\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u6559\u4f1a\u4e0e\u5929\u56fd<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.\u76f8\u4fe1\u57fa\u7763\u6559\u4fe1\u4ef0\u5728\u795e\u7684\u5b50\u6c11\u7fa4\u4f53\u4e2d\u5f97\u5230\u6700\u597d\u7684\u7406\u89e3\u548c\u4f53\u9a8c\uff0c\u4ed6\u4eec\u88ab\u547c\u53ec\u6210\u4e3a\u5f7c\u6b64\u7684\u796d\u53f8\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u8fd9\u4e9b\u7ecf\u6587\u88ab\u4e00\u8d77\u9605\u8bfb\u548c\u7814\u7a76\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u611f\u8c22\u4e0a\u5e1d\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u6240\u6709<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u90a3\u4e9b\u7814\u7a76\u4e0a\u5e1d\u7684\u8bdd\u8bed\u5e76\u5bfb\u6c42\u901a\u8fc7\u4f1a\u4f17\u653f\u4f53\u5c06\u5176\u6559\u4e49\u5355\u72ec\u548c\u96c6\u4f53\u5730\u4ed8\u8bf8\u5b9e\u8df5\u7684\u4eba\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6.6.\u660e\u767d\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u656c\u62dc\u3001\u5ba3\u6559\u3001\u6d17\u793c\u548c\u5e86\u795d\u4e3b\u7684\u665a\u9910\uff0c\u90fd\u662f\u795e\u521b\u9020\u548c\u6551\u8d4e\u7684\u4f1f\u5927\u76ee\u7684\u7684\u559c\u4e50\u89c1\u8bc1\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7.7. \u76f8\u4fe1\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u805a\u4f1a\u6559\u4f1a\u4e0e\u5176\u4ed6\u771f\u6b63\u7684\u57fa\u7763\u6559\u6559\u4f1a\u4e00\u6837\uff0c\u88ab\u547c\u53ec\u4e3a\u795e\u7684\u56fd\u5ea6\u4f5c\u89c1\u8bc1\u3002\u4e3a\u6b64\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u4e3a\u795e\u7684\u56fd\u5ea6\u7977\u544a\u3001\u5de5\u4f5c\u548c\u76fc\u671b\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u6211\u4eec\u5ba3\u626c\u795e\u7684\u56fd\u5ea6\u73b0\u5728\u548c\u5c06\u6765\u7684\u73b0\u5b9e\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8.\u5ba3\u5e03\u901a\u8fc7\u5723\u7075\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u4f53\u9a8c\u5230\u4e0e\u90a3\u4e9b\u5206\u4eab\u8fd9\u79cd\u5145\u6ee1\u6d3b\u529b\u7684\u6559\u4f1a\u95e8\u5f92\u7684\u4eba\u7684\u76f8\u4e92\u4f9d\u5b58\u5173\u7cfb\uff0c\u4ed6\u4eec\u662f\u4e0a\u5e1d\u7684\u5b50\u6c11\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u80af\u5b9a\u57fa\u7763\u5f92\u7684\u5a5a\u59fb\u548c\u5bb6\u5ead\u751f\u6d3b\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">9.\u6094\u6539\u6ca1\u6709\u4e3a\u5b9e\u73b0\u57fa\u7763\u5bf9\u6559\u4f1a\u5408\u4e00\u7684\u7977\u544a\u800c\u52aa\u529b\u7977\u544a\u548c\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u627f\u8bfa\u4e3a\u4fc3\u8fdb\u57fa\u7763\u6559\u4fe1\u5f92\u7684\u5408\u4e00\u800c\u7948\u7977\u548c\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">10.10. \u7533\u660e\u4fe1\u5f92\u7684\u6d78\u6ce1\u6d17\u793c\u662f\u5723\u7ecf\u4e2d\u516c\u5f00\u5ba3\u5e03\u90a3\u4e9b\u5df2\u7ecf\u6094\u6539\u72af\u7f6a\u5e76\u4eb2\u81ea\u76f8\u4fe1\u8036\u7a23\u57fa\u7763\u4e3a\u4e3b\u548c\u6551\u4e16\u4e3b\u7684\u4eba\u6210\u4e3a\u95e8\u5f92\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u57fa\u7763\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002\u8d4e\u7f6a\u4e0e\u6551\u8d4e<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">11.\u7533\u660e\u6240\u6709\u4eba\u7684\u5c0a\u4e25\uff0c\u65e0\u8bba\u7537\u5973\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u4ed6\u4eec\u662f\u6309\u7167\u4e0a\u5e1d\u7684\u5f62\u8c61\u521b\u9020\u7684\uff0c\u5e76\u88ab\u8981\u6c42\u6210\u4e3a\u5723\u6d01\u7684\u4eba\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u627f\u8ba4\u6211\u4eec\u56e0\u7f6a\u800c\u5815\u843d\uff0c\u7f6a\u4f1a\u5f15\u8d77\u795e\u7684\u6124\u6012\u548c\u5ba1\u5224\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">12.12.\u627f\u8ba4\u57fa\u7763\u5728\u5341\u5b57\u67b6\u4e0a\u7684\u8d4e\u7f6a\u796d\uff0c\u66ff\u6211\u4eec\u6b7b\uff0c\u4ed8\u4e86\u7f6a\u7684\u4ee3\u4ef7\uff0c\u6253\u8d25\u4e86\u90aa\u6076\uff0c\u4ed6\u4ee5\u8fd9\u7231\u4f7f\u4fe1\u5f92\u4e0e\u6211\u4eec\u7231\u7684\u795e\u548c\u597d\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u5bf9\u795e\u7684\u521b\u9020\u7684\u7ba1\u7406<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">13.\u5ba3\u544a\u6211\u4eec\u5bf9\u4e0a\u5e1d\u6240\u521b\u9020\u7684\u4e16\u754c\u7684\u7231\uff0c\u5e76\u7533\u660e\u6211\u4eec\u5bf9\u7ba1\u7406\u4e0a\u5e1d\u7684\u521b\u9020\u7684\u627f\u8bfa\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u4f7f\u547d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">14.\u5ba3\u544a\u4e0a\u5e1d\u8d50\u4e88\u4fe1\u5f92\u5c5e\u7075\u7684\u6069\u8d50\uff0c\u4ed6\u4eec\u88ab\u547c\u53ec\u8fc7\u656c\u62dc\u3001\u670d\u52a1\u548c\u4f20\u6559\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u6069\u8d50\u7531\u4fe1\u5f92\u7fa4\u4f53\u5171\u540c\u9274\u522b\u548c\u786e\u8ba4\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">15.\u8981\u77e5\u9053\uff0c\u5728\u5927\u4f7f\u547d\u4e2d\uff0c\u6bcf\u4e00\u4e2a\u88ab\u795e\u6388\u6743\u7684\u4fe1\u5f92\u90fd\u88ab\u547c\u5524\u6210\u4e3a\u4f20\u6559\u58eb\uff0c\u5b66\u4e60\u548c\u5206\u4eab\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u57fa\u7763\uff0c\u4f7f\u4e16\u754c\u53ef\u4ee5\u76f8\u4fe1\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u5b97\u6559\u81ea\u7531\u548c\u6b63\u4e49<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">16.\u627f\u8ba4\u5bf9\u57fa\u7763\u7684\u4fe1\u4ef0\u610f\u5473\u7740\u5bf9\u5b97\u6559\u81ea\u7531\u3001\u81ea\u7531\u3001\u548c\u5e73\u548c\u6b63\u4e49\u7684\u70ed\u60c5\u627f\u8bfa\uff1b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">17.17. class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u73b0\u5728\uff0c\u5728\u8fd9\u4e2a\u767e\u5e74\u805a\u4f1a\u4e0a\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5411\u4e3b\u8036\u7a23\u57fa\u7763\u548c\u5f7c\u6b64\u5ba3\u544a\u3001\u786e\u8ba4\u5e76\u7acb\u7ea6\uff0c\u76f8\u4fe1\u5728\u4ed6\u91cc\u9762\u53d1\u73b0\u5e76\u5728\u5723\u7ecf\u4e2d\u542f\u793a\u7684\u771f\u7406\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u8ba4\u8bc6\u5230\u8fd9\u53ea\u662f\u90e8\u5206\u548c\u4e0d\u5b8c\u5168\u7684\u4fe1\u4ef0\u544a\u767d\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u5927\u80c6\u5730\u5ba3\u544a\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u76f8\u4fe1\u771f\u7406\u662f\u5728\u8036\u7a23\u57fa\u7763\u8eab\u4e0a\u627e\u5230\u7684\uff0c\u6b63\u5982\u5723\u7ecf\u6240\u542f\u793a\u7684\u90a3\u6837\u3002\u56e0\u4e3a\u6211\u4eec\u5bf9\u4ed6\u6709\u4fe1\u5fc3\u548c\u4fe1\u4efb\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u6211\u4eec\u51b3\u5fc3\u5411\u5168\u4e16\u754c\u5ba3\u626c\u548c\u8bc1\u660e\u8fd9\u79cd\u4fe1\u5fc3\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
