As we convene for the 2026 BWA Annual Gathering in Toronto, we will be meeting in one of the most multicultural cities in the world where more than half of the population was born outside of Canada. Each morning will begin in intercession as we pray with one another and for the peoples of the world. Daily worship will include a biblical challenge that uses the theme of God\u2019s table as a place where the Spirit moves, discipleship deepens, and where we are sent to embody a mission of hospitality to all people in all neighborhoods and nations.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n At a time marked by isolation, polarization, resurgent violence, and displacement, throughout the Annual Gathering there will be stories of how BWA Baptists are living as intentional intercultural neighbors. Breakout sessions will explore intercultural ministry that brings together people from different cultural, ethnic, linguistic, and racial backgrounds to worship, grow, and serve together around Christ\u2019s table as one body.
