Standing Together with the People of Tonga

Calling All to Pray and Respond

Please join us in prayer for and support of the people of Tonga who have been impacted by the eruption of the Hunga-Tonga-Hunga-Ha’apai Volcano and ensuing tsunami. Many communities are covered in dust and ash and others have been flooded by water surges. Communication has been disrupted due to a severed deep sea communication cable and aircraft cannot land due to the amount of ash in the air and on the airport runway. Most Tongan’s grow around 80% of their own food in neighboring gardens and collect drinking water from the roofs of their homes. With the enormous amount of ash blanketing the islands and forming acid-rain, both fresh food and clean drinking water are a desperate need.
