Even in the midst of challenging circumstances, our member partners in the region are already responding to the urgent needs of those who have been internally displaced as well as refugees from neighboring countries. The first phase is in action through providing essential support and resources, such as blankets and mattresses, to conflict-affected households. The target is to reach at least 10,000 families (40,000 individuals).<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

    • Pray for the countries impacted and their people<\/strong>: Pray for protection over civilians, for safe shelter and provision for the hundreds of thousands of displaced people, for the mental health of people who have been worn out for so long now, for the mothers and fathers as they explain what\u2019s happening to their children. Pray for the next generation as they absorb the effects of this war.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

This is the early phase \u2013 our ministries are reflecting on how best we can be serving in this time.
