Accommodations
Visa Information:
BWA will issue an invitation letter only after you have completed the Annual Gathering registration process. Please supply the requested information on your registration form and allow 2 weeks to receive your Visa Letter. To ensure your participation, please apply for your visa in sufficient time before the event.
In special cases, members of the BWA General Council, Committees and Commissions may request a visa letter prior to completing the registration process.
Health Requirements:
Visit your doctor and check the vaccines and medicines list (ideally, 4-6 weeks) before your trip to get vaccines or medicines you may need.
